V. V. KASSANDROV (Moscow, ). "NUMBERS, TIME, AND LIGHT". In the "algebrodynamics", instead of fields, particles, and space-time geometry, exceptional mathematical structures are investigated, whose properties encode all this. We show that the quaternion-like algebras define the twistor and the gauge structures and contain "by themselves" the whole information on physical geometry and dynamics. By this, all the fields are "transported" along straight lines (geodesics) with the fundamental velocity, defining thus the common and irreversible time flow. Particles are nothing but the singular points - caustics - of these light congruences: their electric charge is automatically a whole integer of the elementary one. A. A. SAZANOV (Moscow). "THE DISPLAYING PROCESS AND THE ABSOLUTE TIME IN THE MINKOWSKI COSMOLOGICAL MODEL OF THE WORLD". From the point of view of the Minkowski model of the world, some features of the structure and evolution of the Universe are shown. An analogue of the Hubble law is obtained and it is found that the cosmological horizon is limited by the radius cT/2 (T is the the age of the Universe). It is shown that the infinite number of galaxies does not lead to the photometric paradox. A hypothesis is proposed that the Antiuniverse exists and the primary singularity is localized in the infinite domain of the isotropic hypercone.

A. F. IVANOV (St Petersburg, ). "PRINCIPLE OF EVOLUTION IN THE MODERN SCIENTIFIC PICTURE OF THE WORLD". It is well known, that the philosophical problems are eternal, especially, if the speech goes about origins of the world. Each human generation is compelled to formulate these questions again and to search for the answers to them, especially in conditions of radical changes of bases of social being. A result of such searches is the outlook. First of all, an initial categorial structure underlying any outlook is designed: existence - reality - being - thinking - substance - world - movement - development - space - time. Further, the most general ontological principles are analyzed: a principle of structure, a principle of system organization, a principle of determinism, and a principle of evolution. Thus, the basic attention is given to genesis and function of a principle of evolution in the modern natural sciences, especially in cosmology. It is shown, that the correlation between the evolution and the entropy generates the contradiction in the modern scientific paradigm. In this connection the hypothesis is formulated that the quantity (amount) of the entropy in the world is constant. In a final part, some methodological consequences of outlook collisions at the millennium boundary are examined.

G. P. AKSENOV (Moscow, ). "CAUSE OF TIME-SPACE". In order to comprehend arguments of Kant (time belongs to a cognition being), Bergson (time belongs to an active being), and Vernadsky (time is formed by biosphere), it is necessary to introduce the notion "cause of time". It means that time (and space) has a source or direct cause, which determines the form or inner structure of both time and space. According to Vernadsky, the only and basic time is the biological time. Hence, in order to determine that the cause of time is life itself, the eternity of life and impossibility of its origination from the inert (lifeless) matter should be first proved. Tendencies of modern sciences (biospherica, comparative planetology, environmental microbiology etc.) allowed to gain direct confirmations of the conclusion of Vernadsky on life as a cosmic phenomenon. V. P. OLEINIK (Kiev, ), YU. C. BORIMSKY, YU. D. AREPJEV."DYNAMICAL PROPERTIES OF TIME". The phenomenon of local dynamical inhomogeneity of time is predicted, which implies that the course of time along the trajectory of motion of a particle in the inertial reference frames moving relative to each other depends on the state of motion of the particle under the influence of a force field. As is seen from the results obtained, the ability to influence the course of time represents one of the most fundamental properties of any material system intrinsically inherent in it by the very nature of things, which manifests itself when the system interacts with force fields. The inferences of the report are not based on the use of any hypotheses and strictly follow from relativistic equations of motion. The dependence of the course of time upon the behaviour of physical system is, thus, a direct consequence of causality principle, relativity principle and the pseudoeuclidity of space-time. The results obtained confirm the Kozyrev hypothesis that time has physical properties and open up radically new opportunities for the efficient control of physical processes. It is demonstrated with point particle that the change in the course of time results in the appearance of an additional force acting on the particle. A general conclusion is drawn on the basis of the theory advanced that relativistic equations of motion for any kind of matter contain information about the physical properties of time which are, thus, of dynamical nature. N. V. VESSELKOVA (Ekaterinburg, ). "THE AGE AND THE HISTORY: VALUE ATTITUDES TOWARDS TIME". Value attitudes towards time of personal life, i.e. individual age and biography, as well as to time of society life, i.e. history shall be examined from the perspective of the sociology of time. The attitudes produce temporal dominants which can vary among different social groups. Futuromania is a special attitude towards time under which value of future devours values of presence and past. Futuromania, futurofobia and phenomenon of a living by a day as a result are widely spread in modern society. Youth is one of the groups who is most exposed to these spirits because of the life way stage specifics. Natural rush to a future is a characteristic temporal dominant of young people. Futuromania takes place in the case of taking presence as preparation to the future only, not as the aim. I believe that the essence of futuromania and futurofobia consists in the absolutisation of temporal dominants provided with subjectness deficit. In a turn absolutisation of temporal dominants and subjectness deficit are the ways, the channels and the effects of the articulation of power and ideologies.

However, this is difficult for understanding because of the very complex structure of the human organism and the unknownness of laws governing it. Therefore, it is unknown how a human being interacts with the real time and space. 1. The biological time and hormones. The potential of development and the death. The lethargy as an example of the deceleration and the acceleration of the human biological time. 2. Biochronotopology is a new branch of science concerned with the relationships between the space-time (S-T) of a human organism and S-T of the environment. The qualitative specificity of metric-topology properties of living organisms' S-T. The course of time in a living matter. Gametes and their S-T. An important role of cosmic factors in biochronotopology. A living organism as a system of the interaction between the three worlds: mega-, macro-, and microcosm. 3. A. V. ANTIPIN (Moscow, ). "ON A POSSIBILITY OF RECEPTION OF THE INFORMATION FROM THE FUTURE". The results of 7 billions attempts are processed to guess outcome of the 634 Bernoulli tests (circulations "Sportloto 5 of 36" for 12 years). The systematic excess of experimental probability of guessing over theoretical (level of trust is revealed 99%) is found. After discussion of the probable reasons, it is treated as displaying an ability to receive the information from the future. The dependence of probability of guessing on the independent factors is considered. The variants of solution of paradoxes connected with reception of the information from the future are proposed.
